Over the 12 month rental period, the cost of water and electricity (assuming normal levels of usage and 2023 tariffs) divided between three tenants might be expected to come to about £750 per tenant. The average monthly total cost of rent plus utilities would therefore be about £538 per person, and average weekly total costs would be about £125 per person.

A deposit of £500 per person will be required, and will be lodged at the Deposit Protection Service. This will be refunded at the end of the tenancy less any deductions for unpaid bills or damage/cleaning required.

Availability: The house will be ready from 1st July 2024 and will be let for a 12 month period. It will, however, be possible to store things in the under-eaves cupboards from late June 2024.
