It is a very pleasant flat with plenty of space and excellent access to the gardens and the underground garage. The building and grounds are well maintained. The Landlord is very helpful and accommodating. He made sure the flat was in first class order including gas certificates. If we had a problem, which was very rare, he was prompt in his response to resolve them. He does not interfere and in fact visited us only once annually. We have been very happy and never had any issues. I can highly recommend this property and it's landlord Two - We have been in this property for 2 years and been very happy. The Landlord is very helpful and responsive to any problems, of which there were very few and mostly minor. It feels like our home and we have enjoyed the gardens and patio.
