1st floor maisonette in a secure building needing a key fob to gain entry hence very safe.

4 double size rooms and 1 single small room.

Available for individuals or groups of individuals wanting to reside together. The flat is suitable for students/interns from any university in London.

We have a flat mate moving out hence require someone to take their room and in August / September all students usually move out every year. Hence all rooms become available.

The flat is about 5 minutes from Whitechapel station so Perfect for getting out and about in London.
The rooms are a fairly decent sized room having a bed, wardrobe, desk, chair and tall bookcase.
The flat is a quiet and a cool place and we are all living within comfortably for many months/years now.

The flat is more suitable for individuals who like some peace and quite as opposed to those who want to have parties all night long.
We're a bunch of young individuals aged from 20-30 from around Europe / Americas and the UK.

We are looking forward to our next flat mates. We do enjoy socializing and having lots of fun and laughter and of course having great coffee/meals together when possible. However we do respect individual's privacy and need for quite time especially after a long day with work.

We are currently a German male, an American female, A Dutch female and 2 males from the UK all busy in their own life but happy to share the flat with like minded persons.

We would ask potential flat mates to write to us and tell us all about oneself and what they will do in London. Of course the more we know about you the better your chances of joining us and we look forward to meeting you soon.
