There are 4 bedrooms and a kitchen/ living room used by most and a bathroom and a separate toilet, The kitchen is fairly large for the area hence one could class it as a kitchen and diner/ living area, The flat has a fully equipped kitchen, dining table/chairs. The flat benefits from having FREE FAST FIBRE Broadband internet/wifi.
Local shops and amenities are available along Lower Road (A200). Surrey Quays Shopping Centre is to the north. Surrey Quays Rail Station is approximately five minutes walk away with Canada Water Underground Station being within close proximity to the north. The A200 provides access to the A2209 and in turn the A2. Southwark Park and Sports Complex is nearby.
The flat is a non smoking flat but have a balcony you can use for this if necessary.
During your stay, we will give you your own key to come and go as you please and are fine for you to leave/come back at any hour. We are very friendly and flexible and love meeting new people. We have lived here a long time so know London and can assist you in your time as a student in London.
