The flat is a non smoking flat but has a nearby garden and a balcony you can use for this if necessary.
During your stay, we will give you your own key to come and go as you please and are fine for you to leave/come back at any hour. We are very friendly and flexible and love meeting new people. We have lived here a long time so know London and can assist you in your time as a student in London.

A clean Rota is usually devised by the students to ensure the flat is kept clean and tidy by all flat mates of course.
