Our award-winning postgraduate student accommodation is located in the heart of London, surrounded by some of the city's finest contemporary, historic and cultural attractions. We provide a great range of study and leisure facilities and we encourage our Members to take part in the stimulating programme of cultural, social and academic activities the College is famous for. The College provides a home to students from over 70 countries – when you choose to live with us you become part of Goodenough's warm and welcoming international postgraduate student community.
We provide the highest quality accommodation to individuals, couples and families. In addition to our longer-term accommodation we also have sabbatical flats and suites and short term summer lettings. Take a look at the variety of listings we have available below.

There are two residences, London House and William Goodenough House, set on either side of beautiful Mecklenburgh Square Gardens. All our student Members have access to two libraries and other study spaces, a variety of subsidised dining spaces and opportunities to enjoy a wide range of sports and leisure activities in and around the College – check out the website for more details.
All accommodation is fully furnished, centrally heated and has wifi internet access throughout. Our three bedroom family flats have a master bedroom, two children’s bedrooms, a bathroom and either a through lounge and kitchen or a separate living room and kitchen. The master bedroom contains a double bed, bedside cabinet, desk and chair, bookshelves and a lockable fitted wardrobe. The children’s rooms contain one or two single beds, wardrobes, bedside cabinets and sometimes a desk.
The bathroom has a bath with a shower above, WC, wash hand basin, mirror and shelves. The kitchen contains a range of kitchen cupboards, cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and a range of cooking utensils such as crockery, cutlery and pots and pans. The living room (separate or through room combined with the kitchen) has a sofa bed, dining table and chairs and shelving units. All flats are centrally heated, with heating, hot water, contents insurance and bedding and towels included in your rent. Council Tax and electricity is charged separately.
Residents also have access to two central laundry facilities including pay-as-you-go washers and dryers; children’s playrooms with toys and equipment, a children’s library and outdoor play equipment in Mecklenburgh Square Gardens (a private garden open to Goodenough Members). A (chargeable) cleaning service is also available.
The College offers very favourable contractual terms allowing student Members to give 28 days' notice after the first three months. In addition we have a scheme to allow Members to sublet their accommodation if they are away (and a ready market of keen Alumni wanting to sublet rooms or flats).
