This is a lovely property on Cartington Terrace in the heart of Heaton. It is located between Chillingham Road and the Iris Brickfield park.
This area of Heaton is in an ideal location for local shops, cafe's and restaurants, with good transport links to Newcastle and Northumbria Universities.

The property is a three bed upper maisonette which has been recently renovated. It features a large living area leading on to an open plan kitchen, and good sized rooms.

I am a local landlord who was at University in Newcastle a number of years ago and aim to be as honest and fair as possible.
I charge no fees at the beginning of the tenancy or for any call outs. Last year all of the tenants received their deposit back in full.
