? Utilities, communication services (e.g. telephone and broadband), TV licence and council tax (if applicable)
? Interest payments for the late payment of rent at 3% above the Bank of England base rate per day from rent due date until the date the rent payment is received
? Reasonable costs for the replacement of lost keys or other security devices
? Contractual damages in the event of the tenant's default of a tenancy agreement
? Any other permitted payments under the Tenancy Fees Act 2019
