The house is decorated to a good specification with modern student rooms and communal areas. Each room is light and airy with a fitted wardrobe, double bed, desk, desk chair, chest of drawers and shelving. All rooms are secured by a security code that only the tenant and property manager has access to, so individual property can be kept safe.

The house includes a few extras to help students settle in to a new property and to assist with making their student experience as stress free as possible:

The rent is calculated per week and payment arrangements are set up individually with each student,and we are happy to negotiate a flexible payment arrangement. Each tenant has their own tenancy agreement so you don't have to enter into a contract with anybody else.

The rent includes the following:

Rent of room; Gas; Electric; Water and Internet bills. Also included are two house bikes to be shared amongst all tenants and the communal areas will be cleaned once per month, to assist with keeping the property well maintained. A local property manager is on hand to support each tenant with any issues or worries they may have about the property or their living arrangements.

The Kitchen/Lounge area is modern and fitted with a wide screen television (including TV licence), there are two comfey sofa's with a modern coffee table to relax around. The kitchen is equipped with Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Fridge, Freezer, Dishwaster, Oven, Hob, Microwave, Kettle and Toaster.

The two bathrooms are clean and bright with fitted showers, sinks and toilet in each.
