It’s close to the town centre, Poole Park and Poole Quay - offering awesome views of the sea and coastline from rooms on higher floors - and it’s also right next to two major supermarkets. The building is within a few minutes’ walk of Poole’s train station, and close to a bus stop that connects you to our campuses and the wider local area. The undergraduate cluster flats - where you’ll find the standard and premium en-suite options - each have five or six bedrooms that share an open-plan kitchen and living area. These are equipped with sofas, stools, tables, storage cupboards and all the appliances (cooker, fridge, freezer and microwave) you’ll need. And, as you’d expect, there’s Wi-Fi available throughout the building. Corfe House also offers postgraduate flats, which are similar in design and layout to their undergraduate counterparts, but with further storage. In addition, Corfe has a large, welcoming common room that is available for all residents to make use of. Within this space there’s a pool table and TV with a PlayStation 4. Just off the common room are the card-operated laundry facilities; it’s also where the reception office weekly rent includes contents insurance. Your bedroom and common room has high-speed wifi for work and play. All of your bills are included in your weekly rent so you have nothing further to pay. As well as having CCTV in the building and secure access, there is a Corfe House team member onsite 24 hours a day to provide any help you might need. The onsite team includes a maintenance operative who will be able to respond and resolve any faults for you in a timely manner.
