Sedgemoor House sits in a genuinely peaceful, riverside spot at Rochester Student Village — just an 8-minute walk from the University for the Creative Arts, with Rochester's historic city centre around 0.4 miles away, and London St Pancras just 35 minutes away by high-speed train for weekends home or days out in the capital. If you're studying at one of the Medway campuses instead, Kent and Greenwich are both a short bus ride or drive away, so you're never cut off from where you need to be, whichever course you're on.

Your Deluxe En-suite gives you a comfortable single bed, a private bathroom with modern fittings, a dedicated study area with desk and chair, and a wardrobe with ample storage to keep things organised — all fully furnished and finished with comfort in mind. As part of a flat within Sedgemoor House, you'll share a fully equipped communal kitchen with your flatmates, ideal for cooking together, socialising, or just relaxing after a lecture.

High-speed WiFi is included in your rent as standard — you can check your own connection anytime using ASK4's speed-checking tool (we've assumed ASK4 as the provider, since it isn't confirmed on the live page, so worth checking). Beyond your flat, you've got laundry facilities, bike storage, and both free and paid parking options on-site, plus secure entry for peace of mind.

Everything's covered on the practical side too: gas, electric, water and WiFi are all included in one simple rent, and Rochester Student Village is professionally managed by Cloud Student Homes, with a friendly on-site team and a mobile app for reporting maintenance or catching event updates — real reassurance for parents as much as students. The property is ANUK and National Code accredited, so you can trust you're renting to recognised, regulated standards. If a guarantor is a concern, the Leap Guarantor Waiver is available here too as an optional extra.

Rooms like this at Sedgemoor House don't hang around, so get in touch with Cloud Student Homes today to enquire or book a viewing before availability runs out.
