Rent: We work on the basis of all-inclusive rent from GBP 400 to GBP 460 per month depending on the room. All bills (fair usage) including electricity, water, heating, internet are included. Council tax will be payable by tenant to the landlord as this is a shared property. The landlord will pay the council tax to the council. The current share of council tax per room will be GBP 25 per month the will be added to the monthly rent. So there is no extra unpredictable expenses unless you exceed the fair usage allowances that can only occur by negligent and careless use of prohibited appliances such us portable heaters etc.
