The house has 5 rooms with rents from £53 to £61 weekly, with no summer retainer payable but facilities for storage of personal gear over the summer.

We prefer to keep the houses empty for July and August to facilitate updating and maintenance work.
Only students in fulltime education are considered. This ensures the house is zero rated for council tax.
We prefer to let to an established group of students who are known to each other to avoid possible conflict in the house.
