This is a good house for six friends to share. As well as having good sized bedrooms, there is a living room. The past couple of years have really shown the value of having some space of your own, a separate communal area and a garden. This house ticks all those boxes.
There are 6 good sized bedrooms, all with double beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, chair and curtains. The house has two bathrooms, and a well equipped kitchen with living room off the kitchen. The house has gas central heating. All bills are included in the rent so you don't have to worry about your heating bills. We have a maintenance team too if any repairs are needed.
There is quite a big garden at the back of the house. We keep the grass short. It is nice place to sit or exercise outside and has been well used this year!
Rosebery Avenue is part of a residents' parking scheme. We reimburse you for the parking permits.
It is not a group contract - each person has their own contract so you are only responsible for your own rent.
This year of coronavirus means that we have had to rethink our letting process. At the time of writing we are in a lockdown. I can't offer a viewing of the house at the moment but can send you a video that the tenants have made
