The Student Living Company Opens in Middlesbrough to Facilitate Increasing Demand

As demand for student accommodation in Middlesbrough increases, local property firm Python Properties has launched a spin-off called The Student Living Company.

The decision was made in a bid to increase provision for students attending universities in the area including Teeside University, Newcastle University and Durham University Queen's Campus.

The decision comes amid a flood of new proposals, many prompted somewhat by the completion of the £30m 'campus heart' at Teeside Unviersity. One striking set of development plans are a site on Linthorpe Road which would contain 55 1-bedroom apartments houses within a sloping, eccentricly designed block.
