In Nottingham we list over 4,000 properties at peak season, so we're guaranteed to have the perfect property for you.
The University of Nottingham is a perfect blend of campus and city, and many of its subjects consistently rank in the top 10 of the Complete University Guide. It has two main campuses - University Park and Jubilee - which cater for around 44,000 students, making it the third largest higher education institution in the UK.
In 2008 the Complete University Guide named Nottingham Trent University the best post-1992 university in the country, with one of the best employability records of any university in the UK - it maintains close ties to over 6,000 businesses and 94% of students progress to full-time employment or further education within six months of graduating.
The area of choice for many Nottingham Trent students, Arboretum is close to both the main campus and the city centre. Whilst this means that the area can sometimes be pricey, if you are a Trent student it doesn't get much better than Arboretum.
If you do rent in the area you'll also be right on the doorstep of the SU and all of the nightlife Nottingham has to offer.
Situated to the south-west of the UoN campus, Beeston is its own self-contained world with a train station, extensive local amenities and a wide selection of restaurants and pubs.
Beeston is however relatively far from the city-centre. The train station is a quick way in, and buses will get you to the centre in 20 minutes or so. Several services run from Beeston to the city centre including the R5, 21 and 36.
Arguably Nottingham's busiest student area, Lenton is pretty central and lies just to the east of the main UoN campus. Lenton is full of student property, so while busy, demand is matched well by supply.
Due to its proximity to the centre of the city and its popularity among students, facilities and amenities are second to none making Lenton one of the best places to live if you're looking for the quintessential Nottingham student experience.
Radford is close to Lenton and therefore offers many of the advantages of Nottingham's most popular student area. It is also home to a higher proportion of non-student residents meaning that the community is just as active out of term time as in.
With the centre of the city just a 5 minute bus away and a great balance of student and non-student community, Radford is perfect for those seeking a more balanced student lifestyle.
We list properties in all the main student areas of the city, including (but not limited to) the aforementioned Arboretum, Beeston, Lenton and Radford, as well as Clifton, Dunkirk and West Bridgford. You can live as close to campus as Shakespeare Street, which practically runs through Nottingham Trent, or various side streets off Lenton Boulevard are idea for those based either on the University Park or Jubilee campus.
