It has six double bedrooms spread over three generous floors and it comes FULLY FURNISHED so the sharers can move straight in with ease when term starts. Hollingdean is a friendly residential area with plenty of local amenities, and the city centre is not far for entertainment. Inside, there are two large double bedrooms on the ground floor, alongside the kitchen which has been fitted with all the necessary appliances, and the living area to the rear of the house looking out over the garden.
This is a fine size for respectful summer gatherings, and you are on the edge of the countryside should you need a walk and a breath of fresh air. Up on the first floor there are two further double bedrooms and a study sized room which could be used for storage perhaps or an alternative study space.
