Every double bedroom is well-proportioned allowing for space to sleep, relax and study in all FIVE DOUBLE bedrooms, and there is a homely living room and kitchen on the ground floor. This is well-equipped for appliances and leads out to the garden which has space for drying washing during summer or studying in the sun pre-exams. For four students there is one bathroom but it is modern with a shower over the bath.

There is a real buzz about this area of town with the North Laines, Seven Dials plus the City Centre and Beach all within easy walking distance.
