It is spread over three floors with two bedrooms on each level. On the ground floor, there is also a bright and airy kitchen with a huge amount of storage in white cabinetry alongside a cooker, two fridge freezers and a separate utility room with a shower and WC. The kitchen opens up to the living room and dining room which has three sofas and a dining table and chairs for all six students, then patio doors open up to the garden which is raised up and has a large area of lawn beyond the patio.
There are two further bedrooms on the first floor alongside two full bathrooms with showers over the baths, then the final two bedrooms are on the top floor. The decor throughout is smart yet neutral with grey carpet and white walls to suit all styles of modern furniture, and the furnishings in place are also modern and stylish.
While there may not be many pubs and bars nearby, the city is a short bus ride away, and there are several local shops and takeaway establishments within walking distance, so you wont go hungry!
There are also direct routes by bus and car to the university campuses at Falmer, Moulsecoomb and the City Centre.
