Our family owned rental property has been happily rented to students for the past 16 years and we aim to make it a real home from home. We understand what students need and provide a safe, clean, spacious property that is within walking distance of the university.

A £250 holding fee is required as soon as you want to secure the property (per student), which will go towards your deposit (the full deposit is 1 months rent).The holding fee will not be refuneded if you decide not to take up the tennancy. The full deposit is taken 3 weeks before the start of the tennancy and securely held into a government scheme for your peace of mind. Reciepts are provided for all holding fees.
The house available from Monday 30th August 2021 (belongings can be securely stored at the house prior to the contact if needed). £2285 PCM is the rental fee for the entire house and this includes the following bills: Electricity - Gas - TV license - Water. The rental contract is for 11 months, until Friday 29th July 2022.
Students have commented how including these bills have made life so much easier and stress free! No student renting will have to put their name on any of these bills.
The room sizes vary and it is up to you how you wish to split the rental costs between you. We can suggest what other groups have decided to do in the past if this is something your group is finding hard to decide upon. With such an inviting living area and garden, some groups split the rent evenly as they spend so much time in the communal areas. The rent is fair and competative and in the past groups of 4 have taken the house as a result and split equally. Other years, people in smaller rooms have paid less and double rooms more. It is up to you and your circumstances.
The house is rented under 1 contract with all tennants signing. Then when you decide on how much each individual will be contributing to the total rent, an individual contract for that amount is completed from each tennant. The total amount the group will pay to rent the house is £2285 per calandar month.
