Brilliantly located for students, this superbly spacious house sits in the popular Hanover area which is within walking distance of the beach, the city and Brighton Station. It is spread over four generous floors with well proportioned rooms, there are six fully furnished double bedrooms sharing four bathrooms so there should be no need for queues on busy mornings.
Starting on the lower ground floor there is an open plan kitchen and living room with space to dine and ample storage for all six students. The appliances are integrated where possible and a door leads up some steps to the rear patio and parking bay which has gated access to the street. There is also a contemporary shower room on the lower ground floor, while there are three double bedrooms on the ground floor. Two of these share a Jack & Jill style en suite with locking doors, while the third bedroom has a basin and easy access to either one of the separate bathrooms.
The largest of these is on the first floor and has dual sinks plus a freestanding Victorian bath and a separate shower, and there are two further double bedrooms along the landing, again sharing a Jack & Jill en suite shower room. The final bedroom is peacefully positioned on the top floor and also has a basin, and the house is presented very well throughout.
You can walk to the city centre with ease, and The Level and Queen's Park are nearby as are several fashionable pubs which are great for food too. There are several busses which stop on Lewes Road to take you to the universities at Moulsecoomb and Falmer, but you can walk to the art college in minutes from here.
