The room is part furnished to include a bed, mattress, desk, chair wardrobe or drawers. The communal lounge/ dining area includes a sofa, three arm chairs and a dining table with six chairs. There are two communal kitchens which includes one washing machine, 2x fridge/freezers, microwave, kettle and toaster.
There are also two communal shower rooms and a bathroom with shower overhead.
The rent includes water, gas, electric, WiFi, one TV licence and two weekly cleaning. All tenants are still required and are equally responsible to ensure the communal ways are kept clean and tidy. The cleaners are instructed to carry out general cleaning of the shower rooms, kitchens and hallways. They are not employed to deal with excessive cleaning or rubbish removal.
Student tenants preferred. In the event a working professional rents one of the bedrooms a contribution to the council tax may be requested which would be additional to the advertised rent.
Please note the bills are monitored and all tenants will be contacted in the event that the usage is high, there is a limit which should not be met as long as the utilities are managed efficiently.
