"What I enjoyed about living at Clyde Street, was how close we were to the town and the CCCU campus. I also loved how bright and spacious the bedrooms were, as well as the downstairs which is rare with student houses. Overall, the house is in great condition with new carpets and such making it a pleasant place to call home for a year. The street/neighbours are friendly and quiet, with the added green space at the front of the house making it a lovely street. I would thoroughly recommend Clyde Street to any students looking for accommodation", Phoebe, Christ Church, tenant, twenty-twenty-one to twenty-two.
"I really liked living at Clyde Street during my Erasmus experience. The house is spacious and it is pleasant to live there as it is located near the university and the town centre." Constance, Christ Church Erasmus student, tenant, twenty-twenty-two.
"Clyde Street is a lovely house in a great location, with easy access to both town and supermarkets as well as plenty of storage space including the shed. As a Kent student I had no issues getting the buses up, and it was a pleasant walk on sunny days. Cathy and Rob were always very quick to deal with any issues that arose, far easier than dealing with agents. Overall it is an excellent student house." Callum, Kent Uni, tenant, twenty-ninteen to twenty-one.
"It was a really nice house, I liked how open it felt and I enjoyed my time there. It was in a good location for everything, close to town and the shops and on a bus route up to university." Omar, Kent Uni, tenant, twenty-ninteen to twenty-one.
"I spent two years in 12 Clyde Street in my second and third years at Christ Church. It is a lovely house with lots of character in a brilliant location for CCCU and the city centre. I had the bigger room in the attic with a lovely view of the city out the window, but all three bedrooms are huge. The house had plenty of storage space, and a bigger amount of communal space than other student houses. It had a lovely garden as well. I really miss the house!", Lucy, Christ Church, tenant, twenty-seventeen to twenty-nineteen.
"It was great value for money, very close to local nightlife (pubs etc), very close to the uni and close to supermarkets, so the location alone was very convenient. Bedrooms were a nice, comfortable size and furnished well (as was the rest of the house) and whenever any issues would arise you both did your best to promptly resolve it. Over all my time at number 12 was fantastic, and it's two years of my life that I'll always remember fondly." Matt, Christ Church, tenant, twenty-seventeen to twenty-nineteen.
"I have had a brilliant time living there, it has been a fantastic house", Otto, Christ Church, tenant, twenty-seventeen to twenty-eighteen.
"Clyde Street is a gorgeous house in a great location, close to CCCU and not as far away from Kent uni as you might think. The area is nice and quiet and really close to shops and a very short walk into the city centre. The living space is big and welcoming, with a beautifully light and big kitchen. I had the attic room and loved it, very good storage space and nice double bed. House stays nice and warm in the winter and bills are very affordable. Nicest student house that we ever had!" Lydia, Kent student, tenant, twenty-fourteen to twenty-fifteen.
"12 Clyde Street is so close to campus and the center of town, yet really affordable. The bills are cheap, the house is huge, great landlady. Sad to leave but couldn't find new housemates!" Amy, Christ Church student, tenant, twenty-fourteen to twenty-fifteen.
"Clyde street is a spacious house, with ample storage place. The location is great for connections to university, the train stations and the city centre. The area is quiet and great to live in. Each room is a fantastic size with plenty of room for studying. The downstairs space as it is plenty of space for relaxing, studying, cooking etc." Jemima, Kent student, tenant, twenty-fourteen to twenty-fifteen.
