These are the ultimate studios at The Neighbourhood and comprise the most exclusive collection of student accommodation in Cardiff. Located on the top floor there are just 7 Neighbourhood Penthouse Studios. Each one has a unique interior design and is fully air-conditioned. Complete with far reaching views across the city in all directions, every Penthouse is fully furnished and includes a king-sized bed, panoramic windows, a full-sized kitchen, bespoke bathroom, breakfast bar and sofa. The kitchen is fitted with a custom-made Corian worktop, a 4-ring induction hob, full size fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and kettle tap.
Egyptian cotton bed linen and bedding is included in the rent, as is weekly cleaning and linen service.
