I have a three-bedroom property to let for this academic year, only 3 minutes walking distance from the University of Warwick and Cannon Park Shopping Centre. The property has undergone extensive renovation over the summer with new paint work in all rooms throughout the house.
The kitchen has been extensively upgraded to include oak worktops, new splash back tiles, new electric cooker and a new fridge freezer. The kitchen is a large and bright open space complete with breakfast table and chairs, ideal for socialising with your friends and flat mates. The kitchen has recently had the electric sockets upgraded so they include USB charging points to recharge gadgets such as phones and tablets.
The lounge area comes complete with a two-seater settee, a three-seater settee, a coffee table, a foot locker for shoes, plus some additional storage space for books and other items. The bond for this property is one month rent so £375. To secure this property you will need to pay the bond and the first months rent. There are no agency fees or other hidden fees.
The tenants are responsible for the gas and electricity bills. The property benefits from smart meters for both gas and electric and so managing energy cost is relatively simply to do. The tenants are also responsible for the council tax (currently this is free for full time students).
The property is available immediately and is available until end of September. The tenancy is reasonably flexible, so I can accommodate flexible times as required. The tenancy must finish however prior to the start of the next academic year which is start of October.
The two existing tenants are clean and friendly and I am looking for a similar tenant to join the group.
