The property meets/exceeds all current regulations (DSU, council, etc). It's owned and managed by private landlords who live locally. We keep the property at a standard where we'd be happy to live there ourselves and try to make it a comfortable home rather than "cramped bedsits" - similar houses on the street are let to 7 or 8 tenants. We have always fixed minor maintenance problems within 24 hours and have returned 100% of the deposit to tenants for the last ten years. We don't offer a bills included deal to encourage sensible use of electricity and gas, but your bills should be far lower than the amounts charged in many of the "free bills" deals.
