This was our first home after graduation and we have hardly altered it since. This is a large and proper house on a quiet no through road. It is built throughout with solid walls, and NOT split up with wafer thin stud walls to squeeze in more tenants.
The rooms are all huge and all have full size double beds. There are two settees in the sitting room and even one in the enormous loft bedroom which has a feature brick arched wall and coal effect electric fire.
Refurbished to a high standard in summer 2015 the property offers everything you need with good quality appliances (including Smeg washer dryer, dishwasher, Pyrolytic self cleaning oven (These ovens are great... they really do clean themselves), two fridges and a freezer) and a full inventory of crockery, pots pans etc. You only need bring your bedding and your groceries.
