Fire alarms fitted throughout plus emergency lighting system. A very fine house and the landlord is a member of the National Residential Landlords Association.

During my attendance at Durham University, I stayed in the rental property owned by Professor Mordue from Click to call. I took on the role of lead tenant during my residency (responsible for the collection of rent from the seven other housemates, in addition to being the first point of contact for any issues), which led to my speaking to Professor Mordue frequently. Any issues or repairs which I raised were dealt with quickly and easily, and contacting the landlord was always easy. Furthermore, nobody within my group of tenants was ever asked to pay for repairs constituting normal wear and tear. Additionally, a cleaning charge was not levied at the end of the contract and deposits were returned quickly and without hassle. Overall, I had a great relationship with the landlord and felt that the lack of an estate agent between us only made the resolution of any problems even simpler.
