Please note this house is scheduled for renovation and insulation. The Tenancy will run as usual but there will be no charges or access until the property renovation is complete. We envisage approximately 2 months before the work is done, but future tenants will need to be flexible. When done however, it will be completely repainted, rebathroomed, re-boilered, and re-carpeted and with a new kitchen. It will be completed before the term restarts.
The rent for the remaining term to Jun 30th the following year, will be £140, including all bills. Tenants will pay nothing until we are able for them to move in.
