This will secure the property for you subject to satisfactory guarantor and the Landlord's consent.
Signing of the guarantor documents, signing of the tenancy agreement, completing the Right to Rent checks and payment of the damage deposit (equivalent to 5 weeks rent, unless specified) will be due within 15 days of paying the Holding Fee. False or misleading information, failure to take all reasonable steps to enter into the tenancy agreement (including signing of the guarantor documents) or supplying Right to Rent documents could lead to the loss of your holding fee and the property being reoffered for rent.
