Star Students have been employed as an introductory agent only.
From here on you will be dealing with Campbell Property.
Once a reservation has been placed, the property is then temporarily taken off the market (unless another group have placed a reservation for a particular property beforehand). At this stage, a team member from Campbell Property will create tenancy terms for you and your group, you will each be issued with your own personal login details.
Once the login details have been shared, you and your group will have a 24 hour window to each login to their tenant portal and review the tenancy terms, at this stage you may raise any potential queries.
If they are happy to proceed at this point, each member will need to pay their £50.00 holding deposit on their account to confirm their reservation (and this £50.00 is then converted into rent).
If a group fails to All pay their Holding Deposit, once the 24 hours have passed, the tenancy offer will be withdrawn and the property will then be offered to the next group in line.
You will lose your holding deposit.
Once they have each paid, they will each be given a further 48 hour window to proceed with the rest of the steps on their portal to complete the contracts side of the process (uploading ID's, signing the tenancy agreement and adding your guarantor information).
Each tenant will be required to provide a UK based guarantor on their account, or they will be required to use the services of Housing Hand (a UK based guarantor company).
The Term of the tenancy is 52 weeks.
No Damage deposits are payable.
