Each room has a double bed, large desk, wardrobe, sofa, dining table and chairs. The kitchen comes with a kettle, toaster, microwave/oven, sink and an electric hob. The bathrooms are modern and spacious with a W.C, basin, storage and shower. Some rooms have their own private gardens or balconies.

The rooms each have wireless and hardwired broadband, TV and satellite connections for Freeview, Freesat or Sky (TV licence and subscription not included). There is a laundry room in the building with washing and drying facilities, 2 laundry tokens are provided per month and each room has its own heating controls.

To the rear of the property is a communal garden with picnic benches and a lawn. There is a secure bike store and a carpark. Parking spaces are available to rent for £30 per month (limited number available).
