9 TAVISTOCK STREET is configured for only three people so there is ample space and each bedroom is a large room. There are two communal rooms one of which is used as a dining/living room and the second as a lovely sunny garden room.
The super fast fibre optic broadband can be used with wi-fi or hard wired.
The kitchen in this house has a double oven, gas hob, washing machine, tumble drier, fridge and separate freezer. The new, fully tiled wetroom is easy to keep clean with a shower, washbasin and loo.
