I have used lighthouse property services to rent three houses during my time at university. This is due to the efficiency in which they deal with any problem that occurs. They are contactable through the office, telephone and email - so there is always someone to talk to if there are any problems in the property. There is also a choice on how you pay the rent. A direct debit can be set up each month or you can pay in lump sums, which is good for when student loans come in - a lot of companies do not do this, which makes them a good company to rent through
