They are contactable through the office, telephone and email - so there is always someone to talk to if there are any problems in the property. There is also a choice on how you pay the rent. A direct debit can be set up each month or you can pay in lump sums, which is good for when student loans come in - a lot of companies do not do this, which makes them a good company to rent through
