Cancel for free if your course is moved 100% online for Sept 2021: New residents can cancel for free up to the 1st of August 2021 if they are advised that September 2021 will be taught 100% online and that campus services are closed.
Extend you stay for free for up to 2 weeks if your course is extended due to COVID19: New and returning residents who book a tenancy of 46 weeks or less will be able to extend their contract for up to two weeks if their course is extended due to COVID-19.
International students
Free welcome pack for international students worth £200:
Uber taxi credit worth £25: New residents can receive a £25 taxi credit to help with getting to the village and/or to support with local orientation where we may not be the closest to their university campus.
Free international welcome pack worth up to £175: New international students will be able to receive an international welcome pack, including bedding and kitchen packs worth up to £150 if they book an academic or full year tenancy.
Two weeks free if you need to self-isolate: New Students who are advised they must isolate after arriving in the UK will be able to do so, free of charge, before their contract start date.
No visa, no pay: New international students who require a visa to study in the UK can cancel without penalty if the visa is refused, or they are unable to apply for a visa due to not having a CAS. Deadline for cancelation is the 31st of August – 7 days after A level results day.
