Find Your Desired Property: Start by identifying the property you wish to rent.
Contact Us: Reach out to our office, and we will gather all necessary details.
Pay Reservation Fee: To reserve the property, you'll need to pay a week's rent as a reservation fee.
Proceed to Referencing: Once the reservation fee is paid, we will move forward with the referencing process.
Security Deposit: Within two weeks, you will need to pay the security deposit, which will be the total deposit amount minus the reservation fee already paid. The security deposit will be held in a government-approved scheme.
Tenancy Agreement: Sign the tenancy agreement then the property is secured. ENTRANCE HALL Entering the property leads into a corridor with plenty of storage cupboards. plenty of space for shoes and coats, and even
possibility for your own cupboard space. LIVING ROOM A really big living room with excellent space. Three sofa's and television are in place.
KITCHEN The large spacious square size kitchen has all you need in regards to cupboard space. No worrying about sharing item room in here. A large oven is also available for use.

DOWNSTAIRS WC A Downstairs WC is located in the Entrance Hall. BATHROOM The upstairs bathroom is a three piece suite with overhead shower. Clean and ready for use. BEDROOMS Furnished double bedrooms consisting of Beds and Wardrobes.
