The Property:
Does the Hideaway sound familiar? Somewhere a happy couple can call home, but unlike on Love Island where it's just for 1 night, this Hideaway can be the home of a very lucky couple for an entire year! If you haven't guessed already, we're extremely excited to be the first Student Accommodation Agency offering a couples only apartment, dubbed the Hideaway! It's getting carefully designed with the happy couple at the centre of every decision to ensure it really will be the perfect base for them, for example we'll be installing a twin sink unit into the bathroom along with an extra-large shower, furnishing the bedroom with a King size bed and also doubling up on the furniture suite, so that'll be X2 wardrobes, X2 chest of drawers and X2 desks too, and just for the cherry on top, we'll also be including a Netflix account for this apartment for unlimited Netflix & Chill nights. We're hopeful to have this entire renovation complete and ready for move in on the 1st of September, but for now, we're putting a move in date of the 15th of September just to be safe, but rest assured that if we can get you in earlier then we will!

*The majority of our contracts are 50 weeks, running from the 1st September 2020 to the 16th August 2021, a very limited amount of our properties offer shorter contracts, the ones that do not, occasional exceptions can be made on a case by case basis, when we refer them directly to the landlord.
