Looking to live as a group of 10? We have two 5 bedroom houses next door to each other. It’s fun to live in a large group, but at times you might want a bit of space - this arrangement gives the best of both worlds.

Excellently located just off the vibrant Ecclesall Road and opposite Collegiate Crescent Campus. These fantastic student houses each have 5 spacious bedrooms which are tastefully & neutrally decorated with laminate floors, modern furniture, mirrors & double beds.
Both houses have recently been extended and refurbished and each as a large open plan kitchen with a dishwasher, TUMBLE DRYER, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, cooker & microwave. There is also a spacious lounge.
Each house also has 3 showers (1 rainfall shower) and 2 toilets! So no need to queue in the mornings.
