Price:
Rooms are single occupant and are priced starting at £80.00 to £85.00 per week plus bills and council tax. An all inclusive option may be available, however, we don’t know what this is until we know energy and gas prices next year.

Located on the ground, first and second floors, the rooms are nice, bright and quiet. They all come furnished with a double bed, a chest of drawers, bedside drawers and a wardrobe. There’s also a little extra space which includes a small desk and chair if you need to study from home to give the perfect study/life balance.
House:
The house has a good amount of space with an open plan lounge/kitchen and added on conservatory to the ground floor. A first floor main bathroom and two separate toilets (including one toilet to the ground floor) and a well equipped modern light grey kitchen and central heating. There is a small secure courtyard rear garden accessible via the front entrance and conservatory.
There is also on-street parking immediately outside of the house.
We have supplied broadband internet and made sure that there is signal throughout the house to ensure everyone can get signal.

Sheffield is a vibrant city and Thompson Road is just off the main attraction of Ecclesall Road. You are located opposite the entrance to the fabulous Botanical Gardens, an amazing outdoor space that anyone and everyone can enjoy.
