Staffordshire University has two main campuses, one is located in the city of Stoke-on-Trent and the Beaconside campus is based in the county town of Stafford. The two campuses are about 17 miles apart yet it's easy to travel between the two. The latter campus has a strong focus on technology and computing courses such as 3D animation, digital film and design technology, which are all on offer. Alongside those, nursing, midwifery and mental health are also available. Stafford itself is the fourth largest town in the county and lies 18 miles south of the city of Stoke-on-Trent.
