Payment for the late payment of rent - 3% above the Bank of England base rate for the full amount of the outstanding arrears
Changes to Contract - £60.00 (incl VAT) this is to change your name, guarantor or permanent address during the period of the contract. This is not to change a tenant during the period of the contract.
Early Contract Termination - £180.00 (incl VAT) to leave a contract due to a replacement being found mid term.
Replacement Key - £36.00 (Incl VAT) plus the cost of the new key
Call Out During Office Hours - £36.00 (incl VAT) where a member of staff has to attend due to a tenants actions (such as letting you into a room because you`ve left your key inside)
Out Of Hours Call Out - £72.00 (incl VAT) for issues which cannot be resolved by the contractors on the Out of Hours Call Out List (out of office hours - includes evenings & weekends when the office is closed)

During the tenancy (payable to the provider) if permitted and applicable:
Utilities: Gas, Electricity, Water and Sewage
Communications: Fixed line telephone and broadband
Installation of cable/satellite and subscription to cable/satellite supplier
Television licence
Council Tax

Other permitted payments:
Any other permitted payments, not included above, under the relevant legislation including contractual damages.
