On the ground floor there is a large fully equipped kitchen containing 2 fridge freezers, 6-burner gas hob, dishwasher, electric double oven, microwave and dishwasher, and breakfast bar with seating.
The separate lounge contains TV and easy seating for 6 students, with access to the back garden, via the French doors.

Cooking is by gas and an efficient condensing gas boiler powers the central heating. Programmer and a room thermostat, as well as individual radiator thermostats in each room control the heating.
