On the ground floor there is a large fully equipped kitchen containing 2 fridge freezers, 6-burner gas hob, dishwasher, electric double oven, microwave and dishwasher, and breakfast bar with seating.

The separate lounge contains TV and easy seating for 6 students, with access to the back garden, via the French doors.

There are 2 separate toilets and 2 shower rooms and a utility room with washing machine and dryer.
